- This is a synopsis for a Requirements Contract for the Repair of Leaf Springs used on tactical wheeled vehicles at the Texas Readiness Sustainment Maintenance Site, 748 East McLeroy, Saginaw, TX 76179. There are no guaranteed minimum or maximum qua ntities on a Requirements contract, although the number of spring leafs required is anticipated to be 1 to 30 per month or 12 to 360 per year. National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and part numbers are listed in the Statement of Work in the solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside acquisition with an associated NAICS of 811198, small business size standard of $6.5 million. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. If the vendor is located outside a 25 mile radius th ey will be required to pick up and deliver the leaf springs. Anything less that 25 miles the RSMS will pick-up and deliver to the vendor. Clauses can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far and http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at this website http://www.ccr.gov/ at the time of proposal submission. Offers must be submitted to USPFO for Texas, Contra cting (AGTX-SP), 2200 West 35th Street, Austin, Texas 78703. Offers are due by 10:00 A.M. CST (Daylight Savings Time) on 14 March 2006.
