- 5. Description: This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, material, equipment and labor necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair services for operable partitions i n Bldg. 584, Post Conference Room Schofield Barracks; Bldg. 711, Hale Ikena, Fort Shafter, Bldg. 2060, Nehelani, Schofield Barracks; Bldg. 6505, Leilehua Golf Course Clubhouse, East Range, Schofield Barracks; and Bldg. 1283, School Liaison Office, Child Yo uth Services, Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Preventive maintenance and repair services shall be performed in accordance with commercial standards. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 03 March 2006. Response date above is estimated.
