- This solicitation has been modified to remove line item # 0026 - Treadclimber from the solicitation due to patent restrictions. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Selectorized Fitness Equipment (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FIT-15342A1. The clause at FAR 52.211-6, Brand name or equal applies to this requirement. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423910 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
