- The Stoller-Navarro Joint Venture (SNJV), located in Las Vegas NV, performing services for The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office (NNSA/NSO) under prime contract DE AC52 03NA99205 is soliciting bids for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontract to rent up to twenty four (24) ? ton, 4X4 crew cab pick up trucks with receiver style class III towing package and up to six (6) four door, five passenger, Sport Utility Vehicle?s. All vehicles must be made in United States of America. Rental periods may vary from one day to six months in duration. Vehicles provided for periods of three month or more cannot be older than one year and/or have more than ten thousand miles at start of the rental period. The contract award will be for a Base Period anticipated to start on or about April 1, 2006 and ending on September 30, 2006, and two one year option periods, October 1 2006 ? September 30, 2007 and October 1, 2007 ? September 30, 2008. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This award will be made utilizing the Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures under FAR Part 12. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an All or None Basis.
