- Description: MOTOR, DIRECT CURRENT Approved sources - Simmonds Precision Products P/N M108M2 and Labinal Components and Systems Inc. P/N 41A230 PR NO: RN060320010000 Project No. RN06032001 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the base year and four option years. Maximum annual quantity is 474 each and the estimated annual quantity is 212 each for all years. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 53 each for the base year only. The annual surge requirement is 48 per year. The minimum delivery order quantity is 53 and the maximum delivery order quantity is 212. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination, sampling for inspection and testing applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Stock location(s) to be cited on each delivery order. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6105-00-995-1208. Required delivery is 96 days. Trade Agreements Act is applicable. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. THE MANDATORY ORCA PROVISION (FAR 52.204-8) IS APPLICABLE. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
