- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 4,540 BOMA rentable square feet (maximum of 4,840) of first-class office space. The space offered can be broken into two different spaces within the same building, however, a minimum of 690 s.f. and 3,850 s.f. each must be contiguous and above the ground floor. Offered space must include 3 secured and 8 structured parking spaces. Proposed occupancy will be for the following agencies: Food and Drug Administration and Drug Enforcement Administration for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in October of 2006. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but the delineated area has been extended to include the following: Marion Road to the West, Sycamore Avenue to the East, Russell Avenue to the North, and 57th Street to the South. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites will be considered. Consideration will be given to locations within the city limits of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, Fire Safety Standards and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
