- This request for Standing Price Quote to include both stock locations (Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA) for quote. GSA, FSS, intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not to exceed twelve (12) months for FSC 8040, Sealant and Adhesives, stock NSN 8040-01-108-6660. This SPQ will cover this NSN until a contract can be awarded and is in place. The estimated quantities shown for a 12 month period and are only estimates and are under GSA?s Stock Program. Delivery will be FOB Destination to GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots. The Item Purchase Descriptions, requirements of the SPQ and applicable clauses may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov.
