- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis, from Experimentation Consultants, Monterey, CA. The services are for technical support to develop and document connecting targeting and collection management processes and architectures in support of JIIB-JSBA 06 project. A high level of expertise and experience is required for this major high-level designed aspect of the research group?s programs. The agency is in need for Support Services to provide assistance in developing and documenting connected targeting and collection management processes and architectures, simulation implementations and the associated data, execute simulation runs, and analyze results. Oral Solicitation N00244-06-T-0320 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or before February 27, 2006.
