- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure 70 each Genesis Video Frame Grabber, P/N 2056AS139-02, on a non-competitive basis from Matrox Imaging. This product is intended for use with the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) for Navy Test Program Sets (TPS) requiring analog frame capturing and video analysis capability. The Government does not own drawings, specifications or other technical data sufficient for a competitive procurement. The authority for this sole source action is FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses to this notice must be received within 15 days.
