- On February 17, 2006 the U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command (USA RDECOM), Natick Contracting Division, posted Request for Proposal (RFP) number W911QY-06-R-0003 and all associated Attachments to the Natick Contracting Division web site at https://www3.natick.army.mil This solicitation is a requirement, to continue with the novel acquisition concept for the supply chain integration/management of various components of the new Army Combat Uniform (ACU) Ensemble. All future informati on pertaining to solicitation number W911QY-06-R-0003 will be posted to the Natick Contracting Division website. Interested parties are encouraged to visit https://www3.natick.army.mil via the Internet in order to download the solicitation and all associa ted attachments. All proposals shall be received no later than 12 P.M. on March 21, 2006.
