Description: The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson, AZ requires ground ambulance services (ALS/BLS) for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) currently located at the Robert W. Bliss Army Health Center, building 45001, Fort Huachuca (Sierra Vista), AZ 85613. Services will primarily consist of transporting patients from the CBOC location to the Sierra Vista Community Hospital, or from either the Sierra Vista Community Hospital or CBOC to the SAVAHCS, Tucson, AZ. The majority of the trips will be considered ?911? emergency calls placed by authorized government personnel. The contract shall be for a base year with four (4) option renewal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
