Description
The purpose of this Screening Information Request (SIR) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to establish the Spokane International Airport, Park Air NOVA 9000 Surface Movement Guidance and Control System (SMGCS), in Spokane, Washington. The Screening Information Request (SIR) is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (NAICS 238910 or 238210). Description of Work: Furnish and install underground fiber optic utility duct, and manholes. Bore duct under roadways and taxiway. Supply and install fiber optic cable. Install underground power utility duct and manholes. Install power cables. Make connections to the existing power system and to the radar site. Provide and install above ground and below ground conduits and cables at the tower site and between the tower site and the existing manholes as shown on the drawings. Contractor's work is limited to bottom 12' of tower. In addition, the contractor shall provide and install conduits and cables between the equipment shelter and the Trituator building as shown on the drawings. The tower manufacturer shall construct the tower footings and erection of the tower. The shelter will be provided by the FAA/Shelter manufacturer. Construct shelter footings. Unload the shelter, put it in place on the footings, and bolt it down. Complete interior wiring of shelter. In the TRACON, install electrical power circuits for the TRACON equipment. Comply with Spokane International Airports and FAA requirements for working on the airport. Perform the work in accordance with FAA standards and orders. Contract duration for completion of all work shall be 80 calendar days.
