- The Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto, Pa intends to award a contract for dry goods and subsistence items for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2006. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The government may make a single or multiple award to the lowest priced reasonable offeror(s). The solicitation will be available on or about February 21, 2006, and will be distributed solely through this website. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 20, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quote. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
