- RD060340010000, NSN 1560-00-169-6101, Adapter Link Engine. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, base year plus four option years. Delivery is 200 days after Contractor First Article Test approval. Solicitation will include ABVS, Contractor First Article Test and export control. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery compliance will be most important. There is an "export control" TDP for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: HTTPS://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. If export control certifiction is required request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Serices Center, www.dlis.dla.mil.
