- This solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full & Open Competition. There is only one approved source Cage 78673. Production delivery is 120 days after approvals. DSCR does not have an approved technidal data package available for this NSN. Solicitation will include ABVS, Surge and Options. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
