- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure sole source, non-commercial part numbered items from Moog Inc. (Cages 94697, 99932, 0ZWK8, 1K426, 19156, 4H618, and 98089). The proposed contract will be a Requirements-Type Contract with a two-year base period and four, two-year option periods. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. Numbered Note 22 applies. ABVS-The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
