- The RFP is amended to include the following: Facsimile and Electronic offers will be accepted by the closing date and time for receipt of offers, 28 February 2006, 2:00 pm est. Performance for CLIN's 0001-0004 and all options years to begin within 15 days after receipt of a delivery order against resultant contract. The following clauses are incorporated under FAR 52.212-5: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government; 52.219-8, Utililization of Small Business Concerns; 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segrated Facilities, and 52.222-43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Act - Price Adjustment. FAR 52.217-9(a), Option to Extend the Term of the Contract is amended to read, The Government may extend the term of the contract by written notice to the Contractor at least one (1) day before the contract expires.*****
