- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, 202 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 for the purpose of providing conference facilities (meeting space and break out rooms) and associated support services including food and beverage for 100 attendees on the dates of May 16-19, 2006. The facility must also be able to accommodate sleeping rooms at the Government per diem or less as follows: 60 sleeping rooms each night May 15 -18, 2006. Meeting space and sleeping rooms must be under one roof. The facility must be in compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. See Numbered Note 22 except that the response time is changed to 3 business days.
