- The Office of Personnel Management hereby announces it is conducting an A-76 streamlined competition of its Telecommunication Specialists positions. This activity is currently performed by Government employees. The Telecommunication Specialist activity is part of the Facilities Services Group of the Management Services Division's Center for Contracting, Facilities and Administrative Services. The positions are located in Washington, DC. This competition will involve two (2) full time equivalents (FTE). The Competitive Sourcing Official for the competition is Robert F. Danbeck, Associate Director and Chief Human Capital Officer, Human Resources Products and Services Division. The Contracting Officer for this competition is Tina B. McGuire, Chief, Contracting Group. The Agency Tender Official is Kim Roque, Management Services Division, Center for Contracting, Facilities and Administrative Services. The projected completion date for this competition is June 30, 2006.
