Description

OPM-Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) has a requirement for consulting services in the development and implementation of a dashboard management information system. Interested contractors that are familiar with Federal background investigative procedures and the FISD Personnel Investigations Processing System are invited to submit responses to the upcoming Request for Quotations. The Statement of Work and Request for Quotation will follow under this synopsis. Please refer to SOL04060000023BAH when inquiring about this synopsis. This is considered a commercial requirement under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. All certifications and representations that apply to FAR part 12 (52.212-1 through 52.212-5) shall be submitted via the ORCA website @ http://orca.bpn.gov. All clauses and required submission requirements that apply to FAR Part 12 can be found and printed by visiting www.arnet.gov. Because there will be uploaded documents for this requirement, it is being publicized under a pre-solicitation notice
