- Description
- The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) has a requirement for a dental insurance provider for employees and family members residing in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, Virginia, and Maryland. Award will be: 1) made using FAR Part 12, commercial acquisition, procedures; 2)Unrestriced, full and open competition; 3) for a Base year and 4 one year option periods. Award will be made using best value procedures. Evaluation criteria will include, at a minimum, past performance, technical capabilities, communications plan, and cost.
