- Description
- It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a commercial buy sole source basis to the International Union of Credit & Investment, 1-2 Castle Lane, England, London SWIE 6D, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Membership in the International Union allows Exim Bank to receive related support of BUnet (BerneUnion) by OECD. Membership fees include the basic fee and committee fees, as well as, maintenance and development costs for the BU websites. The period of Membership is a base period from March 1, 2006 through February 28, 2007 with four option years. The contract will include four option years. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if no affirmative written responses are received that a comparable source is available, a sole source will be awarded. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement via e-mail to Anita Proctor at anita.proctor@exim.gov by no later than February 23, 2006, which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone request will be honored.
