This will be a sole source bridge to contracts N62645-01-D-5015, N62645-01-D-5016, and N62645-01-D-5017 to extend services for multi-disciplinary health care worker indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), personal services type contract. Awards will be made to Occu-Health, CRAssociates, and Cherokee Nation Industries on a firm-fixed price contract. Services are required for the period 27 May 2006 through 30 September 2006. This is the required amount of time for competitive solicitation N62645-05-R-0009 to be awarded. Occu-Health, CRAssocitates, and Cherokee Nation Industries are the only known contractors that can provide the four-month contract medical services requirements with health care workers who have been privileged to work at the aforementioned sites. The lead-time required for an alternate contractor to recruit and hire a replacement staff, submit Individual Professional Files for each health care worker, and for the sites to complete the privileging process does not exist prior to 30 September 2006.
