- The purpose of this amendment is to give notice that the restriction for the vendor's dry dock facility to be no further than 48 hours of vessel travel time from Oswego, New York is REMOVED. The following statement will be added to the solicitation: The KAHO shall depart from Oswego, NY, for the shipyard on June 11 (weather permitting). All repairs must be completed in order for the KAHO to leave the shipyard and arrive back in Oswego, NY no later than July 21, 2006. We anticipate other changes to the solicitation, none of which alter the requirement. These upcoming changes are to give vendors clearer Instructions in Section L and to state clearer Evaluation Factors in Section M. These changes are expected to be released by February 24, 2006. The Site Tour schedule in Section L.4 remains upchanged.
