- The U.S. Dept. of the Interior's National Business Center - Southwest Branch, intends to procure Office-Wide Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Administrative support services required to assist the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Advanced Technology Office (ATO). More specifically, non-personal services are required focusing on technical, programmatic, financial, procurement, and administrative support for existing and future DARPA/ATO programs. The requirement for these services will be for a period estimated from May 15, 2006 to May 14, 2007 with four 12-month optional periods. A solicitation will be issued and posted to the following U.S. Department of the Interior link: http://www.nbc./gov/forth.html, on or shortly after the fifteenth day following the date of this presoliciation notice. A copy of the solicitation will also be attached to the presolicitation notice for access through FedBizOpps. This negotiated procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis under full and open competition. ATO plans to hold a Proposer's Day on/about March 28, 2006.
