- This solicitation is for the purchase of one factory new single engine land plane in support of the National Park Service. This is an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, Commercial Items. Aircraft offered under this solicitation will be required to be certified by the FAA under 14 CFR Part 23 prior to delivery. This requirement is not set-aside for small business.
