- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District Lake Pontchartrain and Vicinity, New Orleans Plan, Emergency Restoration, London Ave Canal Levees, Seepage Cutoff, Orleans Parish, LA The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, placing s emi-compacted fill, driving steel sheet, concrete placement, fertilizing and mulching and other incidental work. Time allowed for completion of this project has been shortened and all necessary provisions (multiple crews, overtime, concurrent operations, e tc.) should be made to accomplish this work within the available time period. The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00. The Proposals will be due 23 February 2006. There will be no paper copies or CDs available. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement.
