- Scope of Work. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified in the performance based work statement (PWS) as Government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property o f Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services for the areas of performance of New York and New Jersey counties. Work to be performed shall be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in ind ividual CLIN items for period of performance of 4/01-2006 - 9/30/2006. Hauling rights are required in these areas of performance for the base period and possible four (4) option years for this total hubzone set-aside.
