- This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to perform emergency one-time janitorial services located at various Army Installations, Island of Oahu, Hawaii . The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 1 March 2006. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 15 March 2006. Period of performance is 1 May 2006 through 30 April 2007 with 1 prepriced 12-month option period. NAICS 561720, Janitorial Services. Telephone requests will not be honored. Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is available and are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for moni toring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor systems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently perform ed under separate contract. Current contractor is Federal Maintenance Hawaii Inc 823 Olive Ave Wahiawa, HI 96786. Current contract is for a 12 month period and the estimated contract price is $200,000.00.
