- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price, contract to Steris Corporation, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060 for the following: . Mfg: Steris Corporation, 1) One each, SurgiGraphic 6000 Image Guided Surgical Table, Part number TA01; 2) One each, SurgiGraphic Standard Accessory package, Part number TA005; 3) One each, SurgiGraphic 6000 Vascular Package, Part Number TA00501., for 59th MDW/MSLE, 2200 Bergquist Drive, Suite 1, Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5300. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
