- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed priced, contract to Radian, Inc., 5845 Richmond Highway, Suite 725, Alexandria, VA for the following: Mfg: Radian - Six (6) each, 30kw Power Distribution Panels, with Class L Connectors, Part# 1R0460-1, for AFMSA/SGSLX, 1423 Sultan Drive, Suite 200, Fort Detrick, MD 21702. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
