Description: The Department Of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing approximately 10,000 rentable square feet of space for use as an office space for relocating our Veternans Homeless Staff. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 9,000 ANSI/BOMA Office area. The space should be located within 5 miles of the VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Rd Decatur, GA 30033. Parking should consist of a minimum of 25 staff parking spaces & 5 spaces reserved for handicap parking. The lease term will be for 8 years (5 years fixed term with 3 one-year renewable options. Occupancy is required on or about June 15, 2006. Perfer store front, 1st fl type location. Will consider build-out per VA specifications & requirements.
