Description: Contractor shall furnish and install a 15-year fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system with 4" of insulation on the cast-in-place concrete deck on the Lloyd Housing Unit at Yankton Federal Prison Camp, complete with adhesives, fasteners, flashings, insulation, and accessories. The contractor will tear off existing single-ply membrane, mechanically fastened roof, and remove all roofing debris from the institution grounds. The existing penthouse metal roof deck on the building will also receive a new EPDM roof system with a single layer of insulation per specifications.
