- The U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to Sole Source purchase four biological incubators with the following specifications from Percival Scientific of Perry IA. Must have a temperature range of 7? to 44? C with a +/- accuracy of .05?, Light Intensity up to 80 micromoles/m?/s, H6 Pan type Humidifier & Dehumidifier with advanced RH sensor, and caster assembly with levelers. The system will be delivered FOB to the USDA-ARS, National Biological Control Laboratory, 59 Lee Rd., Stoneville, MS 38776. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about March 7, 2006 with bids being due April 6, 2006. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package.
