- Professional, administrative and management support services to the Defense Supply Center Richmond. Contractor shall provide all equipment, material and personnel to provide professional support to the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), the Contracting Directorate, in the areas of professional development, acquisition policy support and management support. Gather data and perform preliminary review and analysis of various issues arising from DoD IG reports and/or GAO audits, PMRs, or other special projects, reviews high level legislative or regulatory changes, or directives which have an impact on local policy and recommend changes to local policy, and serves as a technical advisor or assists with management of Professional Quality Standards, prepare and manage data/statistics related to course participation to evaluate effectiveness of the program, and perform career management functions to inform interns of requirements and responsibilities. NAICS Code 541611, Size Standard $6,000,000. Solicited using formal source selection procedures as a competitive 8(A) Indefinite Quantity/Firm Fixed Price requirement.
