- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to issue a purchase order to Best Access System. The order is to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and install door panic hardware with alarms. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) has been certified, justified, and approved for Best Access System. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. If no affirmative responses are received within ten (10) days from date of this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer may proceed with the acquisition to Best Access System. No solicitation is available. Closing date is February 27, 2006.
