- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be posted but emailed upon request. This solicitation, F1N3BD516A100, is a Request for Quotation. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 442210 and the small business size is 6.5 million. This is advertised as a total HUBZone small business set-aside. Non-Personal Service to provide the following: provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to ensure that the floor covering materials are provided and installation performed at Columbus AFB and Auxiliary Field in Shuqualak MS are accomplished in a satisfactory manner. FOB: Destination for delivery is Columbus AFB, MS. The performance period will consist of a base year, 1 April 2006- 30 Sep 2006, and two subsequent option years. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. All interested parties must also be registered with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with IAW DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (JAN 2004) WAWF can be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil.
