- Description
- The purpose of modification 001 is to correct the following: 1) The first sentence of the original pre-solicitation notice should read: ''The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for Infrared-Transparent Green Intaglio Currency Ink suitable for use in printing U.S. currency by sheet-fed presses at the Bureau's facilities in Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, Texas.'' 2) The last sentence of the original pre-solicitation was incomplete and should read: ''BEP is posting this announcement, as well as, the final solicitation on GSA's Electronic Posting System at www.eps.gov. Interested offerors are encouraged to register for EPS's electronic notification for issuance of the final solicitation, amendments or changes to this notice.'' 3) The anticipated date to issue the solicitation has been extended to April 29, 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-MAY-2005). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 16-FEB-2006, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
