Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Future Tech Systems, Inc. of Auburn, WA for the annual maintenance/support services of the proprietary software product Envision Case Tool Software for the period of April 5, 2006 through April 4, 2007. This software maintenance is currently known to be available only through Future Tech Systems, Inc. The Envision software supports four SSA projects; the Representative Payee System, the IT System Plan Information System, the Comprehensive Integrity Review Process and the Inquiry Response. Other organizations that believe they are capable of meeting the SSA?s requirements are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience and other pertinent data. Pricing data may be submitted. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this software maintenance and any relevant upgrades, SSA shall issue a sole source award under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by March 2, 2006. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
