- The Department of Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a solicitation for website architectural mapping services and quality assessment on behalf of the Federal Consulting Group (FCG). The Information Technology service being solicited is unique. We are looking for a website management tool that provides architectural mapping and reporting services which include analysis of content, data collection regarding users, and reporting capabilities. The architectural mapping technology must capture and visualize websites accurately. Methods using hierarchical approaches or thematic representations may be mathematically flawed and cannot be considered. Genuine architectural mapping captures and visualizes the three-dimensional characteristics that are the essence of the worldwide web. Using an appropriate architectural map, agencies can then correctly understand their websites? quality, structure, and online processes. The contractors need to provide solutions that combine website structure, content and traffic into one searchable database. This procurement is set-aside for small business competition only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 511210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $23.0 million. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price, performance-based contract with an estimated total amount of $9.4 million. The period of performance will be a base year and four option years.
