- The following is hereby posted in connection with combined synopsis/solicitation N00140-06-Q-0024: The combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby revised as follows: As part of the requirement, the library requires the ability to register, track, access and search all of the electronic and print journals in one central, consolidated database. For Electronic journals: a) ability to activate links so they can be accessed; b) ability to re-activate links if needed; and c) full text access; d) PDF: 100%. For Print Journals: a) on time delivery of issues: 100%; and b) making a best effort for claiming by vendor to publisher for non-delivery processed within 24 hours and delivery of claimed issue within 7 days. As a result of the above, vendors may submit revised quotes via email or fax to Matthew Soper, 215-697-9703, 215-697-9742 (FAX), matthew.soper@navy.mil. Revised quotes are due by 4:00 pm 17 February 2006, local time. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBJECT COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION REMAIN UNCHANGED.
