- Description
- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to purchase technical and operational support required to successfully define and develop the concept for the Maritime Operations Center and Maritime Operations Center ? Experimental as required by the Commander, Second Fleet, Norfolk, Virginia. This effort includes attaining and/or supporting DISA accreditation on all IT networks and tool sets that is required to build a functional system. This purchase will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns as authorized by FAR 19.5 (see also FAR 19.1406). The North American Classification system code (NAICS) 541512 applies. Anticipated award period is for a base year with four option years. A complete RFQ package will be available NLT 22 February 2006. See Note 22.
