Description

Lease of ten (10) 8,000 gallon tractor & trailer aircraft refueling vehicles. Lease to provide for a base year of performance with option provisions for four (4) additional one-year lease periods. Lease to include contractor provided maintenance. The requirement is 100% Small Business Setaside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336999 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Request for Proposal will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM electronic solicitation (E-Sol)site on or about 09 March 2006. Interested firms may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation via the following web site: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Contractors are encouraged to register on the E-Sol web site prior to downloading the solicitation. In accordance with the provisions of DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), offerors must be registered in the CCR data base to be eligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. This solicitation will be awarded using best value procedures.
