- Description
- Fabricate and install scupper plugs on port side and starboard side of vessel. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with Safe Drain Inc., as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 16 February 2006. The closing date of the solicitation will be 22 February 2006, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
