Description

GovWorks is issuing and Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC). The requirement is for the removal and replacement of the existing floor systems, adding a vapor barrier at the crawl space and waterproofing/draining at the exterior foundation wall around the building perimeter. *** The period of performance 180 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. FOB shall be DESTINATION Silver Spring MD. *** This requirement is full and open competition. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed price contract. *** The NAICS code for this requirement is 238330 with a small business size standard of $13 Million. *** The competitive RFP, RFP amendments and all questions related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 1406-04-06-RP-60823. *** The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about February 21, 2006, and will be available via the internet at the above website. *** Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resulting contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to liz.anton@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
