Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be sent via email. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to one or more companies. Acquisition and source selection are being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Re gulation (FAR), Parts 15. Base year and four option years. Common Sensor Guardrail: Perform Field Service Representative requirements at Camp Humphries, Republic of Korea (ROK) and maintain management services in CONUS at vendor office. The Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the Field Service Representative (FSR) support for the GUARDRAIL COMMON SENSOR SYSTEM (3) (GRCS (3)) located at Camp Humphreys, Korea to supplement the current organic maintenance capability. The FSR support effort f or the GRCS (3) includes support for the Auxiliary Ground Equipment (AGE) Van, Airborne Relay Facilities (ARF) and the GUARDRAIL Relay Facility (GRF). Contractor employees assigned to work under this contract must have a Top Secret/Special Intelligence (TS /SI) security clearance for the OCONUS location. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary security clearances and identification for contractor personnel at award and for timely replacement of personnel such that there is minimum imp act on mission performance.
