- We regret the delays to the formal release of the solicitations for the Management services for translator and interpreter services. Strategy changes, questions from the industry, and providing for support for the Army being designated as the Execut ive Agent for DOD resulted in changes to required documentation. Upon approval of the documentation, the formal RFPs will be released with proposals due 30 days after release. Efforts are also being taken to accelerate the evaluation process.
