- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The associated NAICS code is 562111. This solicitation is for Commercial Kitchen Equipment to be purchased and installed at the New Dining Facility at the Alpena CRTC. FAR 52.212-1 is incorporated by reference in this solicitation. In Accordance with FAR 52.212-2 the evaluation fac tors for this award will be Delivery, Installation, and Price. FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 (DEV) applies to this solicitation. The vendor shall be responsible for installation of the equipment and shall ensure all equipment is op erational. The Government shall not accept any equipment that is not operational. The due date for this solicitation shall be 03 March 2006 at 10:00 Eastern Standard Time.
