SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION ? ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is contemplating the procurement of software development and sustainment using Java J2EE technologies compliant with the Air Force Portal architecture for the newly modernized Air Force Safety Automated System (AFSAS) that will be fielded and sustained implementing an integrated database system for various Air Force safety missions including Aviation, Ground, Weapons, Space, and Nuclear. Interested parties should submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC). Vendors should identify the business size standard as reflected by the NAICS. SIC code is 7379 , NAICS code is 541519 , and Size Standard is $21,000,000. 1. Provide a SOC that indicates your capabilities in relation to the The Draft Statement of Work (SOW). SOC is limited to no more than five (5) pages, double sided, on 8 ? x 11 paper. SOC is due no later than 3:00pm MDT, March 13, 2006. 2. Request Feedback/Comments from Industry on to the Draft SOW. Pages for the Comments/Feedback are not included in the five page limit for the SOC. All Documents outlined in paragraph 1.3 of the SOW will be made available when the Solicitation is posted.
