Description

This is a Multiple Award Competitive Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for providing labor, equipment, material and supervision for an for a broad range of maintenance, alteration & repair, demolition and minor construction projects at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities located at the Baltimore VA Medical Center, Loch Raven and Perry Point facilities. Task Orders will involve, but shall not be limited to: general construction; carpentry; asphalt and concrete paving; landscaping; roofing; excavation; interior renovation; carpet, window and door installation; electrical work; plumbing; welding; steam fitting; sheet metal; painting and stucco; demolition; concrete; masonry; HVAC; interior and exterior painting; carpet installation; asbestos abatement; lead floor covering, lead shielded walls, installation of ceramic tile; installation of flooring.
